This article appears to have been written by one of Salkind's lawyers, press agents, or sycophants. There is not one mention of the controversies with some of their films, most notably Superman II and Richard Donner. Although much of this ground is covered in several of the Superman wikipedia entries, there should at least be a reference to the controversy in this article and a link provided.

"Superman Film Series" section.[edit]

This section badly needs cleanup for grammar and sentence structure. Certain passages are so obtuse, I can't tell what to remove or what to add, if anything. For example:

Although Puzo did impress Ilya with certain aspects, Ilya felt the script remained intact with being overall campy, as did Guy Hamilton.

--Whaaat?!?

Securing the film rights from DC Comics was an unbearable experience for the producers, whom Spengler had to spend two weeks in meeting with the company specifically on a "Integrity of the character" clause.

--Huh?!? Should that be

" . . . of whom Spengler had to . . . "?

Or should it be two sentences:

" . . . for the producers. Spengler had to spend . . ."?

If you think you know anything about it, please get started, before I start muddling through. Also, the section feels like it might be loosely plagarized.
