Can someone explain the logic of this statement from the article:

It makes sense to me. He doesn't appear in every episode, but he plays the same character more than once. All the other non-recurring actor plays more than on character. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.247.244.120 (talk) 22:03, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
