I've got some POV concerns about this article. At the moment it looks pretty one-sided in favor of the advertising industry and its determination to keep self-regulation. Personally, I think it would improve neutrality to have an explanation of why ERSP happened to start in 2004 (was there a threat from legislators??), some examples of its decisions, and some citations about its independence or not. --Mereda 15:57, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- I agree the article needs work. Apparently it was written in 2006 by one no-longer active Wikipedian, and there's been no added perspective since then. I've categorized it into marketing, advertising and business ethics (it was categorized as a business organization) to try to pick up some links into the article and additional editing. --SueHay 18:51, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
