Alternative characterizations[edit]

I have heard a characterization of ineffable cardinals in terms of stationary sets, that looks kind of like the diamond principle but with the quantifiers reversed. I don't remember the details though. Norman314 (talk)

Consistency strength[edit]

It would be useful to have this article give the consistency strength of an ineffable cardinal relative to other large cardinals. Norman314 (talk)

Homogenous[edit]

Can someone please disambiguate "homogeneous" in this article? I can only guess what it means in this context. linas 14:57, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
