What about the 3rd type of cyclometer?[edit]

What about the measuring instrument that has a wheel and clicks when a certain distance is reached (1 foot, 1 yard, 1 meter)? What is that called? I was told that was also a cyclometer. Wikipedia only has the bicycle odometer and this cryptography device listed.
