Thanks to Amalas for the help sorting the stub. Amalas had sorted it before I had even finished the initial creation. You rock. I renamed the article to this new space because I thought that it should be in the same convention as the cre-lox article.

I hope to expand this a little more when I am not in lab.

FRT site[edit]

The actual target sequence is too much detail for an encyclopedia, so I've removed it and instead stated the length. Flyguy649talkcontribs 23:10, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

Uh, REALLY? Too much detail? We have target sites for several restriction endonucleases listed on that page. Also, I showed up here looking for the damn target site. =P --aciel 21:11, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
