Is this article necessary?[edit]

True, her birth was an important part of the final season, but really Isabelle only plays a major role herself in the closing moments of the final episode. Is this article really necessary? My opinion is it should be merged with Sydney Bristow. 23skidoo 18:55, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

This is an article that will hopefully gain further detail upon the DVD release of the final season. I see Isabelle's place in the storyline being at least as vital as, say, Maris Crane on Frasier -- for lack of a better example. (I know... it's a bit apples-and-oranges considering that one character had a much longer run. -- ArkansasTraveler 19:19, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
I don't know if the DVD release will add much more to it. I'm just saying that as the article stands now it would be unlikely to survive an AFD challenge. I have no plans to nominate it myself but I've seen similar articles nominated before. WP:FICT is one of the guidelines people use to determine if character articles are notable enough; my feeling is Isabelle might be considered a "non-notable minor character" (to use the WP:FICT wording) and a merge with Sydney's article will be suggested. 23skidoo 19:30, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Isabelle.jpg[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg

Image:Isabelle.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
