Untitled[edit]

Should Adrian really be considered a city, when the definition of a city is a large settlement generally of an urban nature. Adrian appears to be neither large nor urban. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.215.249.75 (talk) 14:38, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cities in the US are a legal definition conferred by the states that create them, so if Texas has defined Adrian as a city, then it's a city. Imzadi 1979  03:28, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
