Sri Lankan people[edit]

Hi there. Thanks for your work to improve Wikipedia. I thought I'd let you know that I reverted some of your contributions. This edit to Category:Sri Lankan people had to be undone, because that's not how you add articles to categories. You might find Wikipedia:Category a helpful page to read on the subject. To add an article into a category, you link to the category from the article, not the other way around.

Also, I noticed that we don't have an article on Sunil Jayntha Nawaratne. Since categories are for browsing articles, there's not a need to add someone who doesn't have an article yet. I'm not familiar with this person, but if they're sufficiently notable for an article, you might start them one. (Read WP:BIO first, to see what the notability requirements are--otherwise the article might end up getting deleted.)

Let me know if you need help with anything. If I don't know, I'll at least help you find out. NickelShoe (Talk) 13:52, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
