A fact from KVZK-TV appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know? column on 10 November 2020 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the establishment of KVZK-TV led to the electrification of many villages in American Samoa?
The station isn't exactly "absent" from the FCC database; it's listed as "assigned to the U. S. Government." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jpschaaf (talk • contribs) 13:03, 28 September 2010 (UTC)

@Mvcg66b3r: I actually have a G6 out for this to be moved there. The availability of programming information is scarce. Just to get technical info, I'm emailing OPI. This is one station with multiple channels in a way that breaks every US norm, and media references consistently call it KVZK-TV. It actually appears to now be one 6 MHz multiplex on RF 5, but I'm not sure on that. Raymie (t • c) 04:29, 21 October 2020 (UTC)
Quite happy to complete the page deletion for the G6 - just make sure it is per comsensus before the move happens. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski(talk • contribs) 18:35, 22 October 2020 (UTC)

... that KVZK-TV was the cornerstone of a system to overhaul education in American Samoa by broadcasting six channels of educational programming to classrooms? Source: (various)
Overall: I prefer ALT1. On ALT2, I didn't see "the longest in the Pacific" in the source. It still reads well without the phrase. Excellent 5x expansion and a great read. Royalbroil 02:25, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
Thanks Royalbroil, I ended up removing that part of ALT2. I could have sworn it was in another source but alas... Raymie (t • c) 03:35, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
