GA Passed[edit]

Congratulations! I believe this article meets the GA criteria. My only criticism is that the prose is a little choppy in places, but this is well within limits. Good work Postoak! -- Rmrfstar 04:13, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

There are a few minor inaccuracies, but they are what is in the citations. It is just that the sources are incorrect. So what can ya do? --Colputt 00:43, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
If you know they are inaccurate and can find a better source, you're more than welcome to correct them. That's how this project works. --Hourick 01:00, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

Image:Header left.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:23, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

GA Sweeps[edit]

This article has been reviewed as part of Wikipedia:WikiProject Good articles/Project quality task force. I believe the article currently meets the criteria and should remain listed as a Good article. I would however like to see the lead expanded a little more. The article history has been updated to reflect this review. Regards, Jackyd101 (talk) 21:20, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

Continental flight to Houston[edit]

WhisperToMe (talk) 05:40, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

I do not understand why these entries were placed here in 2012 (on this "Talk:" page -- which is for the Ellington Airport (Texas) article). These ["archives" of] old Houston Chronicle articles appear to be from 1986, and -- this is the main point -- they seem to be (mostly) about flights between two other Houston airports!
(Is it me? or...) Are these entries "out of place" here (on this "Talk:" page) - ? - . . .
Btw, the reason why I had to "guess" a little bit, about the idea that these 1986 articles are [probably] about flights between two other Houston airports ... the reason is mainly because both of these LINKS seem to be dead links.
I even tried to go check and see whether using the Wayback machine -- (at https://web.archive.org/) -- could enable me to see what those web pages used to say ... that is, the web pages that those links used to point to, before they got 'moved' or deleted. However, I had no luck with that. If you think it was due to some mistake on my part, then you are welcome to try and do better. Otherwise, IMHO it might well be that archive dot org is not going to be any help in that regard. YMMV. ("Good luck with that" -- 'if' applicable!)
Any advice or other comments would be welcome here. --Mike Schwartz (talk) 18:44, 18 September 2016 (UTC)
Not sure, maybe the editor was doing some research for additional content. I've done that before, place links on the talk page and come back to them later....doesn't bother anything. Here is some information about the "Houston Proud Express" [1], which is what the two articles above are referencing. Postoak (talk)

Houston Spaceport[edit]

I redirect Houston Spaceport to here for now, but soon the topic will probably require its own article. Feel free to get one started when you feel the time is right ---Another Believer (Talk) 21:20, 30 June 2015 (UTC)
